From setting up tax tables in mall kiosks to owning her own commercial property on Detroit’s West 8 Mile, Paris Claypool-Beavers has mastered the art of turning vision into victory. As the founder of Paris Tax Service & Notary LLC, this powerhouse entrepreneur built more than a business — she built a legacy rooted in faith, perseverance, and community. Beyond the titles, Paris is a woman of alignment and intention, proving that “That Girl” isn’t about perfection — it’s about purpose. Through her growing one-stop business hub and her message of empowerment, she’s helping women everywhere redefine success on their own terms.

Paris, for those who don’t know you yet, how would you describe who you are beyond the titles of entrepreneur and business owner?
Paris: When you meet Paris B., it’s easy to see the entrepreneur, the tax expert, and the businesswoman who seems to have it all together. But beyond those titles stands a woman deeply rooted in purpose.I’m a Women of faith, resilience, and alignment, she shares. Everything I do from taxes to insurance to travel connects back to helping people build, protect, and enjoy their lives. I’ve been through every stage of business, and I want others to know they can make it too.
From working in kiosks to now owning your own building — what did that journey of growth teach you about patience, faith, and hustle?
Paris: Before the building, the brand, and the recognition, there was the grind. I started in kiosks, setting up tables and serving clients wherever I could or in their homes. That stage of my life taught me the true meaning of patience, faith, and hustle, I remember doing taxes out of small spaces, trusting that one day it would all grow. And it did. Every season of struggle prepared me for the level I’m at now.
What does it mean to you to be That Girl — the one building, leading, and inspiring others through her work?
Paris: To me, being That Girl means being the blueprint. It’s not about perfection it’s about presence. It’s about setting the tone, leading with purpose, and inspiring others through action. I’m not competing with anyone, instead I collaborate . I’m simply becoming the woman God designed me to be and showing others they can do the same.
How do you stay ahead in an ever-changing industry like tax and finance?
Paris: The tax world changes constantly, new credits, new laws, new technology, people don’t just come to me to file. They come to me for clarity and confidence. I stay ahead by educating my clients and my team so we all win together. forward-thinking mindset has helped me expand into insurance and travel creating what I love to call “One Stop Shop for Business”
What is a super fun fact about yourself that many people are not aware of?
Paris: A fun fact most people don’t know about me. I’m a travel junkie and creative designer, Cheer & Soccer mom. I love planning group trips, and helping others experience the world. It’s my way of staying inspired.
What else would you want our readers to know about you at this time?
Paris: I am currently in a season of expansion and elevation. With new team members, training programs, and business partnerships underway, my mission is to empower others to build wealth, freedom, and legacy.
What message do you want to leave with women reading this who are ready to step into their own “That Girl” era?
Paris: My message to every woman stepping into her ‘That Girl’ era is simple: You already are That Girl. You just have to own it. Stop waiting for the perfect timing or approval. Start where you are, use what you have, and keep going. You can be strong and soft, grounded and ambitious all at once. That’s your superpower.
