SwagHer and Jobbio’s Amply Network Forge Partnership to Launch Empowering Job Board for Black Women

In a move set to transform the landscape for Black female professionals and entrepreneurs, SwagHer, a leading lifestyle, cultural, empowerment magazine and media source both online and in print, has joined forces with Jobbio’s Amply network to launch a specialized job board. This partnership is designed to provide curated job opportunities tailored to the unique talents and ambitions of Black women across various industries.

The collaboration between SwagHer and Jobbio’s Amply network marks a significant step toward bridging the gap in employment opportunities for Black women, and the wider Black community, who have historically faced challenges in accessing the same career opportunities as their peers.

The new job board also offers companies looking to hire the opportunity to put their jobs directly in front of this audience, allowing them to tap into a talent pool they can’t reach otherwise.

In addition, it will not only highlight roles from companies committed to diversity and inclusion, but will also feature opportunities across a range of sectors including tech, media, finance, and creative industries.

Francheska Felder, Editor-in-Chief of SwagHer, shared her vision for the partnership: “SwagHer has always been about amplifying Black voices and talent. This partnership with Jobbio’s Amply network allows us to extend that mission even further by providing direct access to career opportunities that recognize and value the unique contributions of the Black community. We’re not just creating a job board; we’re building a community that supports and uplifts our community as they navigate their professional journeys.”

Stephen Quinn, CEO of Jobbio, emphasized the broader impact of the partnership: “At Jobbio, we’re committed to making meaningful change in the job market by creating opportunities that are accessible to all. Our partnership with SwagHer is a powerful step in that direction. We’re excited to collaborate with a platform that has a clear, passionate focus on uplifting the Black community, and together, we aim to create a space where talent is recognized and rewarded, irrespective of race or gender.”

The new job board aims to create a dynamic and supportive environment for Black professionals and employers, ensuring that the right talent finds the right opportunities.
