Tera’s influence spans the globe, having spoken at numerous events across the US, Canada, the Caribbean, South Africa, and Europe. Additionally, she was a featured speaker at a Mercedes Benz-sponsored women’s conference in Johannesburg, South Africa, an event that brought together women from 17 different countries. Her achievements have earned her the title of Global Icon by Iconic Womanhood, an organization celebrating successful women across Africa and the Diaspora.
Tera's work has also been spotlighted by Success Magazine and Walker’s Legacy. Since 2011, Tera has coached women in over 30 countries, gathering thousands of testimonials that can be found on her popular Facebook page, which has over 190,000 followers. Driven by a desire to see women succeed despite their challenges, Tera operates multiple platforms to support her mission.
