WHAT IS YOUR MERCHANDISE RETURNS POLICY?


Items must be returned within 45 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Grooming products, pierced jewelry, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons Items must have all tags attached. Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned. Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Being That Girl A full refund will be provided




WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE REFUND POLICY?


If you’re a customer receiving business services, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two-week period starts from the day after you start your order. You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just contact us via the Being That Girl website, after you sign in to write an official cancellation. There are a couple of other ways to cancel your contract with us. You’ll find these alternative methods below: Email us: Hello@iam-thatgirl.com If you’re canceling your contract with us but have already received your service, you will receive a partial refund according to the service purchased to us using the steps in the section above labeled HOW DO I GET A REFUND ON SERVICE? You`ll then receive a full refund as per the policy above if you request a refund within 3 business days of service being provided. Consulting services are non-refundable, design services are non-refundable after the client has approved the designs. Business services may be canceled within 14 business days not receive future charges and a partial refund.
